People don't let themselves be locked up
The uncertainty about the duration of the lockdown and possible travel restrictions are causing many investors to act very cautious. Understandable, yes – but is it really appropriate? Travel bans or special rights for vaccinated people – maybe. But that's it with the summer 2021 already? Do we really want to take it that way? Perhaps there will be fewer trips abroad or fewer will be allowed. Which I would be very sorry for the travel industry. It is also possible that people of one area will not allowed to travel into another. But what happens regional? Do we really believe that people are not even allowed to go to their beloved swimming lake or the seaside in summer? That cannot be – even if the wish is clearly the father of the thought.
I'm not saying this is your chance right here. That would be presumptuous. And in no way it would do justice to the extremely difficult situation that medium-sized businesses and many small business owners have found themselves in since the start of the lockdown measures. Nevertheless, I see good opportunities with the right offers in leisure facilities and on beaches to earn good money in the upcoming summer or to polish up your image – to stand out from the others. Many of our customers already proved this last year – in a summer that was also shaped by restrictions and requirements such as capacity limits. With the right attractions and the right marketing, the summer season 2021 can also be successful for you, depending on the circumstances.
